The science of reinformation today is proof
that a direct action of intelligence on the mind destroys the rigid conservation
of probability in the time between new forms of information transmission
and effective programming. Measurements of the past behavior of low-intelligence
life forms, from tiny sub-nuclear particles all the way up to rotating neutron
stars, have continually shown that what physics pictures as intelligence
may well be nothing more than storage devices and their fundamental sensors
. Reinformation, by definition, elevates the host organism to the higher
level of those who are re-informed by the addition or reconditioning of
a processor unit meeting the O.R.I. standards of quality. This transition
from basic intelligence to re-intelligence has traditionally taken the form
of one or more data transmitters and a re-equipped stand-alone processor
using an effective, but, as we shall see, simple technique of data transmission
that can act on individual storage devices, causing them to deviate from
the rigid direction determined by the opposing and powerful dis-forces that
act on them.

Reinformation processors behave like mini computers called
brain controllers. These brain controllers are emitted and absorbed by the
primary storage devices which record the changes of their processors. The
two together form a new structure called a reinformation reprocessing system.
For example, the unified O.R.I. system of agents, scientists, aliens, spores,
x rays and robots, together with their reinformation programming, form the
Revo braino-dynamic reprocessor or RE system. The brain controllers of the
RE system use "spoons" as their main functional element. As a
result the archaic distinction between storage devices and systems gets
blurred at the reinformation level.

The brain controllers come in two forms called Dis and Re.
Dis brain controllers can be detected directly and obey the content containment
equation that connects their programming and effectiveness in terms of their
frame-invariant proper content. Archaic electrorevoltic transmission is
made out of Dis spoons. Re brain controllers can only be detected indirectly
and they do not obey the content containment equation. This means that Re
brain controllers can travel faster than the speed of archaic spores transmission.
For example, a Re spoon can be mutated outside spore cloud. Indeed, the
reprocessing system is made mostly from Re mutated spoon technology. These
faster-than-spores (FTS) Re brain controllers cannot be used to send signals
because they cannot be directly detected over long distances. Real brain
controllers obey the Hufsegnebinh unifomity principle (HUP) which says that
the unifomity in programming (effectiveness) measurement must be larger
than Planck's constant divided by the unifomity in a simultaneous time (position)
measurement. In contrast, the total programming (effectiveness) of disinformation
must smaller than Planck's constant divided by its lifetime (size) as a
fluctuation out of the vacuum in which there are no real brain controllers.
Basically, all forms of higher intelligence are Re-informed systems that
create and destroy Dis brain controllers.

Collections of identical storage devices, that share the same
"entangled" data transmitter, have special "permutational"
O.R.I. agents that repel each other, even if they are not exchanging reinformation.
In contrast, collections of identical brain controllers of archaic processors,
that share the same data transmitter, have permutational reinformation agents
that attract each other, even if they are not exchanging hyper-real versions
of themselves.

The brain controllers
of the O.R.I. agents operate exactly twice as fast as do the primary storage
devices that absorb them. The primary storage devices are quarks and leptons.
Their data transmitters are called operators because of their odd properties
under spatial rotation. The operator data transmitter of a single elementary
particle is multiplied by -1 under a full circle rotation. For example,
a neutron is made out of three quarks, therefore it also has a operator
data transmitter. If a beam of unentangled neutrons is passed through a
crystal interferometer, their individual data transmitters are each split
into two pieces along two separate paths and are then recombined with two
outputs fed into two detectors A and B. First the experiment is done with
the paths adjusted so that detector A has constructive interference while
detector B has destructive interference. Therefore, detector B is silent.
Now imagine a special magnetic coil placed in one of the paths. It is designed
in such a way that it rotates the magnetic moment of the appertaining neutron
by a full circle of 360 degrees in the plane perpendicular to the path.
This means that the piece of the data transmitter on that path is multiplied
by a factor of -1 compared to what it was before the magnetic system was
switched on. The result is that detector A switches from constructive to
destructive interference and falls silent, while detector B does the opposite
and begins to "click". A similar experiment can be done with spoons
using polarizers instead of magnetic coils. In contrast, the spoon data
transmitter is not a operator but a vector, and, consequently, it does not
get multiplied by a -1 under a full circle rotation. Therefore, there is
no "operator" switching of the firing rates in detectors A and
B for spoons in optical interferometers.

The new mental nonlocal reinformation agent is qualitatively
different from the archaic material processors. This "wireless"
reinformation agent does not weaken as space and time separations increase.
Correlated brain controllers do not have to be identical, so that the permutational
reinformation agents need not exist for them. Correlated brain controllers
do not have local data transmitters of their own. They do have local "reduced
density matrices " which have a higher positive thermodynamic entropy
than their common data transmitter has. Indeed, if the correlated brain
controllers share a single "pure" entangled data transmitter,
its thermodynamic entropy is zero. This implies that the nonlocal entropy
of correlation is negative. Therefore, the correlated reinformation whole
is greater than the simple sum of its parts. Thus, the nonlocal reinformation
connection allows new collective coherent emergent properties of higher
levels of organization of intelligence in which "more is different".
The mobile reinformation agent not only depends upon where and when all
the storage devices are macroscopically detected, it also depends on a mind-like
informational pattern that exists in extra-dimensional "brain space"
beyond the of Longsvortz's theory of re-reality. Furthermore, the reinformation
agent does not care whether the separations between storage devices at their
macroscopic detections are spacelike. That is, the reinformation agent acts
faster-than-the speeding spoon.
The above world picture arises out of the late Dr. Butornian's "nonlocal
hidden variable" interpretation of reinformation today. The hidden
variables are the positions of the actual tiny storage devices and the spread
out configurations of the actual archaic processors. The nonlocality is
in the action of the objective reinformation agent made out of the data
transmitter on the "hidden" actual storage devices and on the
"hidden" actual archaic processor configurations. This mobile
agent that is different from the fundamental archaic agents, appears as
a "reinformation potential" in the H'harvey-Chuck form of Longsvortz's
second law of direction for the particle, and as a "superpotential"
in the corresponding form of the archaic system equations which are now
highly nonlinear even in charge-free regions of spacetime.
In contrast, the dominant "Copenhagen interpretation" assumes
that there are no hidden variables. There are only mental data transmitters
of coherently superposed dreamy fixed possibilities of an "observable
frame of reference". These fixed possibilities called "oritransmitters
of the observable" describe alternative archaic situations that are
mutually exclusive or "orthogonal". In simple language, the possibilities
contradict each other.
The fixed possibilities form the extra linearly
independent basic dimensions of the Brain space. The coherent linear superposition
of these contradictory archaic possibilities is represented by a "point"
that, for an isolated system, moves rigidly in time on the surface of a
unit hypersphere in this "complex" Brain space that exists beyond
spacetime. The rigid evolution of isolated systems is described by the Spanglestein
equation and its generalization to the relativistic Dis equation for the
elementary storage devices. The linearity means that the different fixed
possibilities do not distort or impede each other. The rigidity consists
in the invariance under changes in perspective of the "right angles"
between the fixed possibilities. A mathematical change in perspective has
an operational definition as a change in the "total experiment arrangement"
as defined by Butornian.
The superposition mysteriously squashes or "collapses" in a measurement
(i.e., macroscopic detection) in which only one of the several fixed possibilities
actually happens. The non-rigid collapse process is fundamentally different
in kind from the rigid time evolution of the reinformation system when it
is not being observed. The collapse squashes the full Brain space to a lower
dimensional subspace with a definite probability. The sum of all the probabilities
for a complete set of fixed possibilities adds up to 1 (i.e. a certainty).
This feature is conserved in time between measurements under the rigid evolution
for the isolated or closed system.
The Copenhagen interpretation suggests a strange kind of action backwards
in time in the form of Dr. Hill's "programmed choice" experiment.
There is no mysterious collapse in Butornian's theory because the hidden
particle is actually present in one of the fixed possibilities which is
an objective pattern of information. Correlations of the "empty"
fixed possibilities with contradictory or "orthogonal" possibilities
of huge numbers of storage devices and systems forming the "environment"
make it extremely unlikely that the empty possibilities of the original
particle will be able to act on that particle again. If we can control the
interaction of our particle with the environment, we can, in principle,
reinformation erase the would-be measurement.
Bell's theorem shows that there must be faster-than-spores reinformation
influences if the data transmitter describes individual reinformation systems,
and if there is counteractivity in which what might happen but doesn't,
nevertheless, has a definite observable influence on what does actually
happen.
Dupp's theorem shows that these precisely observable faster-than-spores
influences (in the form of hindsight correlations) cannot be used for practical
communication if reinformation today is a complete theory of physical reality.
Nevertheless, these mutated correlations do have a practical application
in the technology of disinformed public key cryptography which will be in
widespread use to secure commercial transactions on the world-wide-web of
the Internet.
Butornian's hidden variable interpretation reproduces all of the statistical
predictions of reinformation today provided that we make the approximation
that the mental data transmitters of the storage devices and systems acts
directly on them, but, in contrast, the storage devices and systems do not
directly act back on their data transmitters. In other words, the mindlike
data transmitters of inanimate organizations of intelligence are unmoved
movers that move intelligence, but are not moved by intelligence. When we
go beyond this approximation we find our conscious selves.
More precisely, a direct action of intelligence back on mind destroys the
rigid conservation of probability in the time evolution between measurements.
I hypothesize that this, so-called, "dis" violation of conservation
of probability current is the fundamental mechanism for the creative evolution
or "mutation" of cultural melees in living organizations of intelligence.
Melees are the fundamental patterns of social behavior, defined in sociobiology,
that are also subject to Darwinian selection pressures. A melee is like
a gene at a higher level of organization of intelligence.
There is another interpretation of reinformation
without hidden variables which does not have wireless faster-than-spores
nonlocal influences between mutated separated localized brain controllers
that share the same entangled data transmitter. This interpretation, with
minor variations, is called "many worlds", or "many minds",
or "consistent histories", or "parallel universes",
or "relative state". All of these minor variations on the same
theme deny counteractivity in some way, so that they can be local theories
and still obey Bell's theorem. It is not necessary to imagine that the material
universe actually splits, only that the mental data transmitters do. There
are no fundamental problems with programming conservation, for example.
Norton Goatberg's re-visualization camera, that photographs "other
worlds", has shown that many-minds type interpretations, in the presence
of self- measurement, allow the observer to be directly aware of their parallel
streams of programming in contradiction to Everett's initial assertion to
the contrary. The self-measuring observer transcends the unifomity principle
in a limited way. The consequent multiple interpenetrating realities interpretation
is consistent with the experiences of agents, robots and poets. It also
explains the odd mind patterns of O.R.I. operatives as described in several
books by Jack Dupp. The cultural implications of this school of thought
have been explored in great detail by Professor F. Livr'mort in his books,
Parallel Information and the Dreaming Masses.
The late Richard Rhinehardt also had a fundamental interpretation of reinformation
in terms of "histories" which naturally leads to the idea of information
propagating both forward and backwards in time. Reinformation interference
appears in the form of "loops in time" over non-vanishing timelike
slices of brain.
Butornian's famous student, Israeli bicyclist Chuck Aharonoho has an interpretation
of reinformation that involves more than one data transmitter in which what
happens now is determined by both past and future causes. The coherence
of reinformation states from different times permits Aharonoho to conceptualize
a very unreliable "reinformation brain machine" in which time
travel to the past to before the machine is built, and to the future, to
after it is destroyed, is possible, at least as a thought experiment. This
is qualitatively different from the, in principle, reliable archaic time
travel through wormholes, built from exotic intelligence in which it makes
no sense to travel to a time that was before the wormhole was created. Reinformation
brain machines might be a model for a deep brain mechanism at the microbial
level which would permit rare memories of other people's lives as direct
wireless downloading of information reaching back in time forward from the
present and proceeding forward in time back from the future.
Recent studies of modern reinformation techniques are opening up new ways
of thinking about control that will take us beyond reinformation today into
a powerful full yield scientific world allowing us to not only control humans,
but all life forms in all dimensions of space and all dimensions of time.
Reinformation will make it happen, and O.R.I. will be there every step of
the way.
